Country music recording artist Jimmy Charles will headline the Wicomico County Fair’s opening ceremonies at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 18, at WinterPlace Park. Wicomico County presents this performance as part of its 150 Year Celebration. Fair admission and this performance are free.
